Food and Beverage Information
For added value, when ordering for 10 guests a discounted price has been offered.
* If you are unable to place a pre-order, an extensive Event Menu is available when you arrive.
* Your food & beverage orders can be place through your Suite Attendant or by using your in-suite courtesy phone.
* Event day orders can take up to 40 minutes for preparation, assembly & delivery.
* A bar stock can be provided or purchased at your request. We recommend that each Suite keep a par stock on hand.
* All items in your Suite bar fridge and Snack cupboard are sold to you based upon consumption. No pre-order of these items is required. As your stock depletes, Prospera catering will replenish items for you.
* If you have special dietary requirements, please notify the catering department no less then 3 business days prior to an event.
* Catering kitchens will shut down at the beginning of the 3rd period in hockey, or immediately following intermission during a concert.
