Suiteholder Contact/Multi-Owners Correspondence

Many suites at Prospera Place are shared by more than one party. Throughout the course of the season, you may need to contact your partner(s) concerning a variety of different issues. It is our goal to make you feel comfortable in doing this. If you are unfamiliar with your suite partner(s) please contact Pam, in Suite Services. We would be happy to set up a time in which all partners meet to discuss any issues or concerns you may have.

For all ticket information, delivery, payment and overall correspondence each company must choose one main contact person. All this information will be filled out on the ‘Suite Information Sheet’ (under the “Forms” tab in handbook) and will need to be handed in as soon as possible. Any future changes to this information should be reported immediately.

Prospera Place does need one contact person per suite for ticket distribution. This person is responsible to deliver information and distribute tickets to other suite owners. The designated person can check the “Ticket Contact”, those who are not please check “Not Ticket Contact” on the Suite Information Sheet.

Please remember that when tickets are distributed, each suite is 100% responsible for dividing their allotment of suite tickets.
