Additional Hockey and Event Tickets

Suiteholders may order additional tickets for all events at Prospera Place by completing an “Additional Ticket Request” form (found under the ‘form’ tab).

Additional tickets requests received 72 hours prior to an event may be sent to your office by courier (a $5.50 fee will be applied). Please note that if the event takes place on a weekend, the order must be received no later than noon on the Wednesday prior to the event in order to have tickets sent by courier.

All other ticket orders will be available for pick up at the Administration Desk beginning at 1:00pm on the event day.

The Suite Services department is open on weekend event days starting at 1:00pm. Please fax last minute order requests to (250) 979-0889 and tickets will be available for pick up from the Administration Desk. Should you wish to speak with someone directly on a weekend event day please call the Administration Desk at 979-0888.

- Only authorized representatives may request tickets. Contact Pam at Suite Services to update or verify any information regarding authorized representative;

- Lost or stolen tickets should be reported to the Suite Services department immediately upon discovery. A charge for replacement tickets may be applied;

- Guests picking up tickets from the Front Desk will be required to show identification to receive tickets. Tickets will be available for pick up from the front desk beginning at 1:00pm on the day of the event;

All tickets sales are final – no refunds, no exchanges and tickets are not available for public resale.
