Policies of
Prospera Place
Pre-paid tickets may be picked up at the "Will
Call" booth located at the Gate #1 office of
Select Your Tickets.
At Rockets’ games, we offer facilities and
amenities for our physically challenged guests.
There are physically challenged seating spaces
and parking spaces. There are 3 elevators in
Prospera Place, two on the north side and one at
the Media/suite holders entrance at the rear of
the building. If you require physically
challenged seating, please call Select Your
Tickets at (250) 762-5050.
Prospera Place is a smoke free building. No one
is permitted to smoke inside during an event.
Guests are permitted to smoke outside in the
designated sections at Gate #1 or Gate #2,
and must have their ticket in their possession.
Smoking is not permitted in the restaurant, nor
can it occur on the outside Patio during the
summer because of fire safety and customer
preference reasons.

Place services, policies and guidelines to make
your visit with us more enjoyable.
Air horns are not permitted at Kelowna Rockets'
games.
The Automated Teller Machines (ATM) are located
near both Gates #1 and #2 beside the north east concessions
and south west Rockets' Office on the Main Concourse Level.
Banners, flags and signs are permitted at games
and events, provided they do not interfere with
the event, cover any advertising or building
sign or carry disparaging or obscene messages.
Signs larger than 24" x 24" must be able to roll
up or fold. Also, signs cannot be affixed to any
part of Prospera Place. Poles to display
banners, flags or signs are not permitted.
Prospera Place reserves the right to remove any
sign they deem to be inappropriate.
Balloons of any kind are not permitted in
Prospera Place because of safety, preference and
technical reasons. Any necessary helium balloon
requirements can be met through our exclusive
provider Highlight Balloons of Kelowna. Contact

Cameras (Digital included) are not permitted
at any Kelowna Rockets hockey games. Cameras are
also not allowed for events,
unless an exception is made by the artist or
event production. Under no circumstances are
video cameras allowed at any time.
Cellular phones are permitted at Rockets’ games,
provided they do not interfere with other
guests’ enjoyment of the game.
Children (two years of age and older) require a
valid ticket at events and games in Prospera
Place.
Containers (including bottles, cans, thermos
bottles and coolers) are not permitted in
Prospera Place for the safety and protection of
our other guests.
The Family seating or alcohol free seating
section is at the south end of the arena,
located in Section 112.
Fan courtesy is an important element of fan
enjoyment at any game in Prospera Place. Fans
are asked to wait for a stoppage in play before
leaving or returning to their seats. Improper
conduct (including profane or abusive language,
intoxication, and throwing objects on the ice or
in the stands), may result in ejection from the
building. Repeated offences could result in the
loss of ticket privileges. Season Ticket Holders
are responsible for the actions of others who
use their tickets. Western Hockey League rules
prohibit guests from interfering with play.
The First Aid Station is located in the
vaughmitorium leading to the concourse under
Section 107, 108. Emergency medical services
attendants are available at all Rockets’ home
games, as well as during events.
Outside Food and beverages are not permitted.
(The only exceptions are for medical reasons or
baby food)
In the event that you become separated from your
child, the Customer Service/Administration
Office is the place to report lost children.
Should this situation arise, please contact
Prospera Place staff member immediately.
Lost and Found is located at the Customer
Service/Administration Office beside Gate #1 on
the Main Concourse. Articles are kept at the
booth through the next day and then are stored
for 30 days. For more information, please call
979-0888.
Telus pay phones are located outside Gate #1 and
besides the Rocket’s souvenir shop. You will
also find pay phones near the Rockets’ dressing
room on the East side of the building.
Pets are not permitted in Prospera Place,
however, all service animals are welcome. Please
notify your ticket seller at the time of
purchase if an aisle seat is required to
accommodate your service animal.
Pucks will sometimes leave the ice surface and
land in the seating area of Prospera Place. You
are urged to be alert and to follow the play and
the puck at all times. Our medical staff should
be there to assist you in the event that you are
hit, however, if you require immediate
assistance, contact any member of the security
or ushering staff and report the incident. Fans
are welcome to keep pucks that are shot into the
stands however, as long as there is no
interference with the game.
Ticket speculators or "scalpers" are not
recognized ticketing agents of Prospera Place.
If you purchase lost or stolen tickets from a
non-authorized agent, you risk being removed
from the seats you are in upon the presentation
of a replacement ticket by the legal ticket
holder. We urge fans to purchase in person at
the Select Your Tickets Box Office at Gate #1 or
through Select Your Tickets, by calling (250)

purchasing at any Select Your Tickets outlet, or via
the Internet by linking to the Select Your
Tickets home
