and Procedures
1. Only the General Manager or designee can
confirm available dates.
2. Only the General Manager or designee can
accept holds on available dates.
3. The General Manager reserves the right to not
accept holds or rentals for events which the
General Manager, at his discretion, feels will
negatively impact the facility.
4. Holds are requested and accepted verbally are
only kept in place for 14 days without written
conformation.
5. Holds are requested and accepted in writing
are kept in place for 30 days.
6. To maintain a hold longer than allowed in 3
or 4 the client is required to request
additional time. This can be done either in
writing or verbally but the General Manger must
approve it.
7. Firm status will be given to a hold only
after a deposit cheque and signed contract have
been received or at the discretion of the
General Manager.
8. The client is required to provide a signed
contract, deposit cheque, copy of artist
contract and proof of insurance.
9. An event can only go on sale after the
General Manager has approved the ticket
manifest.
10. The client will settle the event as soon as
possible after ticket sales have been cut off on
the day of the event or at the discretion of the
General Manager.
11. The client and facility must sign off on the
settlement before any funds are advanced.
